Washington (DC News Now) — In a shocking twist this week on Capitol Hill, West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin announced this week that he won’t seek reelection in 2024.

Cirilli was a moderator for the No Labels Town Hall in New Hampshire over the summer where Sen. Manchin said he maybe would consider a third-party run.
