A Chambersburg man is behind bars, after police said he had sex with seven underage girls over the past two and a half years, and kept nude photos of them.
Walner Pierre, 19, is accused of forcing several of those victims to have intercourse with him, even after they refused. One girl said she told him multiple times she didn’t want to, and started crying from pain. Another victim said Pierre “held her down” until “he was finished.”
These alleged incidents happened between March 2015 and July 2017, with girls between the ages of 13 and 15.
He also threatened to post nude photos of the victims if they did not send him more, according to court documents.
One victim told authorities that in an altercation with Pierre, he threw her on the ground and began to choke her. She said she couldn’t breathe and became numb.
On Tuesday, Pierre appeared in Franklin County Court. He faces numerous charges, which consist of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, strangulation, statutory sexual assault, corruption of minors, sexual assault, sexual abuse of children and child pornography.
He is being held at the Franklin County Jail on a $575,000 bond, and is scheduled to return to court next Tuesday.
