A grand jury has indicted four men on charges related to CDS distribution and several burglaries that happened in Frostburg.

Those individuals are 20-year-old Jahare Steglich, 20-year-old Anthony Albert, 19-year-old Blake Williams and 23-year-old Gartee Guar.

The incident dates back to December 3rd when Frostburg Police responded to Hill Street for a reported shooting. When they arrived, they located a 20-year-old Silver Spring man suffering from several gun shot wounds.

It wasn’t long after that, officers were called a block away to Bowery Street for another gunshot victim.

An Investigation revealed the shootings were connected.

Police executed a search warrant for the Hill Street residence and while searching for evidence related to the shooting, they recovered large amounts of suspected heroin and cocaine, scales and packaging and more.
