UPDATE 5:02 p.m. — Police delivered an update on the shooting that left two men in Camp Springs injured.
They said they are still working to determine how one victim got to a local hospital for treatment. The other victim was determined to be in critical condition after he was transported to the hospital.
An email was sent out to residents at 1:25 p.m. saying that there was an active shooter on the property.
Police do not know what kind of relationship the two victims had, if any.
CAMP SPRINGS, Md. (WDVM) — Two men were shot in Camp Springs on Tuesday afternoon.
Police first heard about the shooting around 12:30 p.m. One man was transported in critical but stable condition, while the other took himself to a local hospital.
Most of the shell casings were in the parking lot of Metro Place at Town Center.
