Lyndsey Itnyre, a 29-year-old from Williamsport, is facing charges that include second-degree attempted murder. 

Hagerstown Police responded to the 1000 block of Sherman Avenue, just before 10 p.m. on January 17 for a reported assault. Authorities say they found a 21-year-old man with a stab wound to his chest.

Investigators determined that an argument turned physical, resulting with Itnyre stabbing the victim. She is being held without bond. The victim is in critical condition at Meritus Medical Center.
