The third suspect wanted for her involvement in an animal cruelty case is now in custody.
On Thursday, 20 year old Crystal Hoskins turned herself in to the Prince William-Manassas Adult Detention Center without incident.
Hoskins and two others were wanted for allegedly selling puppies that were falsely advertised on craigslist as farm raised, crate-trained pets. Police say several puppies purchased were diagnosed with worms and parvovirus. One puppy died as a result of the infection. Hoskins is charged with 11 counts of animal cruelty. She was released on an $5,000 unsecured bond.
