Four men have been arrested and charged for their roles in the white supremacists rallies in Charlottesville Virginia of 2017.
After 13 months of investigation and perusing a lot of digital evidence including photos and videos, U.S.  Attorney for the Western District of Virginia says he believes they have a compelling case against the men that they believe incited riots during the “Unite the Right” rallies.  Drake Daley, Thomas Gillen, Michael Miseles and Cole White could each face up to 10 years in prison if convicted. The men are currently in California but will be back in Virginia soon according to Cullen.

“They will then either be transferred or will have to appear in this district hopefully by next week and we will initiate the process then,” Cullen explained.

Each of the men are facing  one count of conspiracy to violate the federal riot act and one count of violating the federal riot act
