A Leesburg woman will be appearing on the Home Shopping Network this fall to advertise her campaign to make American kids more grateful.

In 2016, Jennifer Garman started gratitudemission.org after noticing kids and young adults were glued to their technology instead of engaging in everyday life.

The solution: The Gratitude Tree, a removable wall sticker with leaves on which families can share what they’re thankful for.

“I came up with this tree for my family and my three kids and then I began to see that society could benefit from this,” said Garman.

Garman’s product is manufactured overseas and is available to preorder online.
