Handley regional library system is joining libraries across the nation in celebrating national library week.
The city of Winchester has issued an official proclamation acknowledging this week and the critical value Handley regional library system delivers to residents in Winchester, Frederick county, and Clarke county. During this week, the system has over 30 different programs from story times and author talks, to musical performances and stem programs.
“We have a new web page it rolled out last week, we’ve gone through greet lengths to make that more effective because a library inst just a page you learn when we’re open. It’s also a gateway to all of the tools and resources that we have, from all of the online magazines online books. ” John Huddy of Handley Regional Library System says.
