Two Mexican drug cartel dealers were sentenced after dealing cocaine in Winchester and across the Shenandoah Valley.

Hector Naal-Huchin was sentenced to 10 years and 10 months. Blas Rodriguez-Avila was sentenced to 13 years. Both pleaded guilty to possession and distribution of more than 500 grams of cocaine.

The United States Department of Justice says the two were associated with one of the most dangerous drug cartels in Mexico. The Northwestern Regional Drug Task Force seized a kilo of cocaine from a stash house on Meadowbrook Drive in Frederick County, just shortly after the arrest.
