Prince William police arrested 27-year-old Antonio Gonzalez early Sunday morning.

Gonzalez is believed to have been under the influence of alcohol when he hit the back of a tractor trailer that was parked illegally on the right shoulder of Dale Boulevard.

Gonzalez’s passenger, currently unnamed but described as female, died at the scene. Additional charges are pending.
