Update 5/22/23 9:37 a.m.: Police said the barricaded situation ended without incident.
After investigating, police discovered the call was for a person in crisis at the location.
Officers were unable to locate the person.

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — MPD said a person barricaded themselves in a home in Southeast D.C. on Sunday afternoon.
Police said they are currently working a barricade situation in the 4000 block of South Capitol Street. MPD said it appears to be domestic in nature.
Police believe the suspect inside the residence is armed. They said the victim is no longer in the home.
