WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — The Metropolitan Police Department said a man was shot and killed in Southeast D.C. early Saturday morning.
MPD said that at about 3:00 a.m., it was dispatched to the 3500 block of Stanton Rd SE DC for the report of a shooting.
When police arrived at the scene, they found a man who had been shot. He died at the scene.
The man was identified as 38-year-old James Deale, of Northeast, DC.
