The trial of a Skyline High School teacher accused of having sexual relationships with two female students will be sent to a grand jury this Wednesday.
Thirty-three-year-old Steven Bretsch was charged back in March with four counts of taking indecent liberties with a child by a person in a custodial relationship.
Two of those four charges were dropped, and the two other remaining charges will be sent to the grand jury in Warren County Court, which will decide if Bretsch should be indicted.
He remains out on bond at this time.
